Hey friends! For those of you confused out of your minds, let me fill you in:
I started a very small blogging adventure last November. I had tossed around blogging for a very long time, and finally decided to go for it. I did some research, did some writing, and Pantless Sunday’s was born. You are welcome to check out my very first post here, if you dare. But more importantly… I dabbled with this for awhile, writing weekly for my 10 very loyal readers, and I was satisfied. To be completely honest, I did not expect to stick with it as well as I have, and I did not expect to love it as much as I do. This past summer I made some more decisions, and I decided this time to share with a few more people. So, here I am. New, improved, and super excited for what’s next.
For my newbies, if you’re wanting to know a little more about myself, you can check that out here. As for what my intentions are for this blog… we’re figuring it out. Here’s what I know for sure: I love writing. And I love giving advice. And I love lots of other things, but that’s not important right now. In my almost 20 years I would say that this past one has been one of the most eye-opening in several different ways. I am beginning to learn so much about myself and about this crazy world that we live in. One of my main goals for this blog moving forward is to remind you how important it is to take time to care for yourself. I will get into this more in another post, but I have spent my entire life putting everyone before myself. While this is a quality that I often take pride in, I am finally learning that it is okay (in fact, it is crucial), to take some down time for yourself. That is why, for me, a Sunday well spent is one where pants are not necessary, lots of netflix, and probably a nice bubble bath is in store. That is a perfect “reset” for me to have a (hopefully) very productive week. So my goal is for everyone to find their “Sunday,” even if its a Tuesday. I’ve also learned that we all need a little motivation now and then. If I can bring a smile or a better day to just one person, then I will be happy.
That got a little deep.. but do not fear! I’m also hoping to add a DIY section soon, and I write a bunch of silliness too, because that’s important.
So that’s where I’m at right now. Any and all suggestions are always welcome, and very appreciated. If you like what you see, be sure to subscribe so you can keep up with the fun!
Here’s to new adventures.
